Both Spring
Bright Spring vs True Spring
Same family, same warm undertone, different chroma and contrast. Bright Spring wants full saturation and carries high contrast; True Spring is clear but moderate. Take a color to its brightest version and see which reading is right.

Why these two get confused
Both are warm and both are clear, so neither the metal test nor the muting test will help. Gold suits both. Dusty colors suit neither.
True Spring is the warm centre: coral, turquoise, golden yellow, warm green, all clear but none extreme. Bright Spring takes the same warmth up to maximum — bright coral, hot pink, apple green — and adds noticeably more contrast between skin and hair.
Bright Spring also sits close to the Winter boundary, which is why polished silver can work on it and does not really work on a True Spring.
If you have ever been told you suit "bold colors" and separately found that most warm palettes feel slightly too gentle, that combination points at Bright Spring.
The test that settles it
Take one hue to its ceiling. A coral against a bright coral. A warm green against an apple green. If the brighter version looks correct rather than overpowering, you are Bright Spring.
Then test contrast. Bright Spring carries a wider gap between skin and hair, and suits a black-brown near-neutral that would be heavy on a True Spring.
Grey should fail for both. If grey looks fine on you, check the summer family instead — it is the clearest sign you are cooler than either of these.

Undertone is the split here
If you want to settle it properly rather than by eye, start with the undertone test.
